I need a lender that will accept verification of payments (canceled checks) made on a mortgage over what the lender is reporting. The lender BEAL BANK refuses to answer calls, fax’s and emails made by my office and their client. This is a purchase money deal in IL, full doc, 580+ middle score O/O
