I need a loan.

I have searched everywhere with no success. My credit sucks and I need $22,000 to pay off my debts. I’ve been in cccs for 3 yrs but missed a few paments. My creditors have dropped the program for this reason even though my account is current again with cccs. I just want to find a loan to pay them all off and not worry about it anymore. I have almost 13 yrs federal service and plan on having an alotment come out of my check to pay the lender. But I can’t even do that because as soon as they see my credit report they tell me to forget it.
